So, a while ago I wanted to start a blog in which I asked my mother questions and she gave me motherly answers. So I did. And today she posted her first answer. And I was sort of thinking this blog was something I would keep to myself, at least for a while. But I have been thinking about her post all day and just thinking about it has made me a nicer mom for the past 9 hours.

Loved it! I shared it on facebook, I loved it so much. Its refreshing to look on parenting with that kind of perspective, instead of techniques or tricks, you know? Motherhood is about loving and teaching. Jane is amazing. Thanks for sharing it.

ReplyDeleteWow her post was great. I am not even a mom but I am going to tuck that advice away. I love the last paragraph. I read it to Sean and I said I want to raise our kids like that, that no matter what they know how loved and how great they are.
